EV House

The facades of this single-story residential house are defined by clean, modern minimalism. The primary finishing material is light (near-white) clinker brick masonry, which gives the building a textured yet restrained surface. In accent zones - around the entrance and select facade segments - a darker, greyish clinker brick is used, creating a subtle contrast. The upper portion of the facade is finished with smooth white render, which visually "wraps" the building and establishes a strong horizontal rhythm. The street-facing elevation is dominated by narrow vertical openings that ensure privacy, while the garden facade features large floor-to-ceiling glass partitions that open the interior to the green surroundings.
